The Challenge

For the Ghana Chamber of Telecommunications, World Consumer Rights Day coincided with a major institutional milestone: its 10th anniversary.

The campaign had to educate the public, align all telecom operators around a shared message, and position the Chamber as both a respected industry convener and a trusted advocate for consumer protection.

The Solution

9K Hub developed the campaign around the idea: 10 Years Protecting Consumers, Shaping Ghana’s Telecom Future.

The strategy balanced institutional credibility with public accessibility. We made the message of consumer rights more engaging while giving the anniversary stronger cultural and media visibility.

Our work included event production, industry panel sessions, press coordination, highlight video production, live event coverage, educational social content, and anniversary-led visual branding. By bringing operators, government, media, and consumers into the same conversation, the campaign became a broader platform for accountability and trust.
